The XP40-Q1785 is a rugged, high-performance positioning camera designed for safe operation in a wide range of potentially flammable environments. With a 32x optical zoom, 360° continuous translational rotation and 180° oblique movement, it offers the most comprehensive view.
Tough enough
The XP40-Q1785 is certified (NEC, CEC, IECEx, ATEX and EAC Ex) for use in potentially combustible environments. This rugged positioning camera features a stainless steel housing with IP66 and IP67 protection ratings and can withstand extreme temperatures from -60 °C to 60 °C (-76 °F to 140 °F). Electronic anti-shake (EIS) is supported, which can greatly improve the video quality in the case of the camera being shaken by wind gusts, passing vehicles, etc. In addition, EIS allows you to mount your camera out of reach on a high wall or pillar with minimal impact on image quality.

The XP40-Q1785 offers excellent 24/7 remote monitoring. This high performance camcorder delivers 2 MP/HDTV 1080p image quality up to 60 fps. With a 32x optical zoom, it provides 360° continuous translational rotation and 180° pitch movement. This means that not only can the camera turn in a full circle to prevent blind spots around it, but it can also see directly in front of, below, and above its position so you don't miss anything.
It has Forensic WDR, which guarantees clarity even if there are both dark and bright areas in the scene. Lightfinder records high-quality color images in near-dark environments and provides clear, sharp images for moving objects. In addition, Axis Zipstream significantly reduces bandwidth and storage requirements.

This high-performance PTZ is powered by 24, 110 or 230 V AC and provides long distance connections using fiber or Ethernet cables. With direct input to the main power supply, installation is simple and no external power supply is required. With a built-in long-life wiper, excellent images are guaranteed even on snowy and rainy days, making this camera ideal for environments exposed to dust, dirt and harsh weather conditions. It comes pre-installed with AXIS Guard Suite and Active Gatekeeper. In addition, with barrel distortion correction and scene profiles, it can be automatically optimized to fit specific scenes, so you get cost-effective installation and excellent image quality, even at the edge of the image.
