The ExCam XF M3016 is compact and rugged, making installation simple and cost-effective. It weighs just 3 kg, so it can be easily installed by only one person. Unlike some of the larger explosion-proof cameras, the compact design means it can be easily installed anywhere you need it. The ExCam XF M3016 is powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE), requiring only one Ethernet cable for power and network access. In addition, it includes the AXIS Camera application platform, and because it is based on open standards, it supports a wide range of third-party analytics, so analytics and other applications can be added to meet specific security and business requirements.

Affordable protection in hazardous facilities
This affordable fixed box camera is housed in a stainless steel explosion-proof housing. It is certified (ATEX/IECEx/EAC Ex/IA) for use in potentially combustible areas. It provides Axis Zipstream with support for H.264 and H.265, significantly reducing bandwidth and storage requirements without compromising image quality. It also includes a pre-attached 5 m (16 ft) unarmoured cable and a pre-installed memory card for storing video locally.

The ExCam XF M3016 provides excellent 3 MP image quality up to 30 fps. It has a wide field of view of up to 92 degrees in HDTV 1080p - perfect for overview monitoring. In addition, with wide dynamic range (WDR), clarity is ensured even when there are both dark and bright areas in the scene.
